This Privacy Policy informs you about how we use and process your personal data.
Upon your request, we will provide you with information about which data we have stored about you. With this information, you can verify the accuracy of the data we have stored and request corrections if necessary.
Of course, you can object to the use of your data or revoke any consent you have previously given. We will assess your request to delete your data, considering whether the purpose of processing still exists or if legal requirements prevent deletion. We will inform you of the outcome of this assessment.
Deletion may require the dissolution of your contract/termination of the use of our services, as we may no longer be able to provide these services.
The relevant data protection authority for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (https://www.lda.bayern.de), which serves as a contact point for complaints and supervisory recommendations.
We use tracking technology on our website to measure, evaluate, and optimize our content. To protect our users and partners, we can also detect and prevent fraud and security risks. The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest.
We use Matomo (formerly Piwik) for web analytics, which is hosted on our systems in Germany. This data is analyzed by a small number of our staff and is not shared with third parties. The protection of your data is important to us, which is why we have configured Matomo so that your IP address is only recorded in an anonymized form. We process your personal usage data in an anonymized way, meaning it is not possible to trace it back to you personally.
We have refrained from using cookies for advertising and tracking purposes.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (such as name, address, or email address) is collected on our pages, it is always on a voluntary basis and only with your consent. On the respective pages, we will clearly and understandably inform you of the purpose of data collection.
We receive personal data not only through our website but also via other channels such as email or mail. This data is treated confidentially and in accordance with its intended purpose and legal regulations.
As the operator of these pages, we automatically collect information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, and the time of the server request. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons (with spaces added), and IP addresses are anonymized. These data are not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to examine this data later if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.
We use personal data under the following fundamental conditions:
a) Processed in a lawful and transparent manner in relation to the data subject;
b) Collected for specified, legitimate, and clear purposes and not processed further in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes;
c) Adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed (“data minimization”);
d) Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; all reasonable steps should be taken to ensure that personal data that is inaccurate, in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, is erased or rectified without delay;
e) Stored in a form that permits identification of the data subjects only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed;
f) Processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures (“integrity and confidentiality”).
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, regardless of the access method we received it through, without your explicit consent. Exceptions exist for data that must be shared due to legal obligations, statutory requirements, or in order to fulfill a contract.
We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g., communication via email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of the data from third-party access is not possible.
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data minimization and only store personal data that is necessary for fulfilling the agreed purpose.
Once the purpose for processing your personal data no longer applies, we delete the data from our systems or destroy physical copies. Exceptions exist for data that are subject to statutory retention periods. Once these exceptions no longer apply, the data will be deleted or destroyed.
Regarding application materials from potential candidates, these are only processed by authorized individuals.
In the case of unsuccessful applications, the application materials will be destroyed no later than 4 weeks after the result has been communicated.
You can request information about your stored data at any time in writing (e.g., by email) free of charge.
We will respond to your request promptly, usually within one month after receiving it. If it takes longer, we will inform you.
Personal data you provide to us for receiving free materials such as papers, case studies, or training materials will be treated strictly confidential and used only for direct contact purposes for which you have given us your consent.
This also complies with the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC:
If you do not wish further contact, please let us know and we will remove your data from our systems within 24 hours.
We, FHC+P GmbH, do not send any advertising – neither by mail nor by email or newsletter, and we have no plans to change this. However, we must inform you about the possibility to object to advertising.
This practically means that we must keep your personal data on a list to ensure that you do not receive any advertising from us in the future.
We therefore kindly ask you to refrain from objections in the mutual interest.
