A large international insurance company needed to implement a platform for its automotive cooperative business. The platform needed to support multiple partner companies and multiple international locations. The challenge was to harmonize the requirements of different national and international product providers.
Several workshops were held with all stakeholders to harmonize product parameters and define configuration guidelines. We also adapted the contract and claims processes to ensure they were consistent across all countries, including the required credentials.
A unified IT platform was created that covers the entire lifecycle of the insurance contract from start to finish. Through the configurability of the platform, we developed a multilingual international insurance platform. IT-supported processes and automated processing increased the efficiency of the entire claims handling process.
